Dear family, friends, and fans,
Like many of you, I have been closely following the news. It seems COVID-19 is all everyone’s talking about, and rightly so. It’s changing how we look at the world.
I aimed to reopen our center in early April, but with Governor Evers’ Safer at Home Order, this is now an impossibility. As you are aware, this situation is constantly changing, so this order may be extended longer than what was initially thought. As a result, we may or may not be able to reopen at the end of April. Ultimately, I am in the business of fun, but it’s also my responsibility to protect our staff and guests in the hope of keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Our team is constantly reviewing what we can do. We’ve been sending weekly newsletters, posting at-home activities on social media, and forging ahead with summer plans. Be sure to look for upcoming contests for you to enter to win bowling parties when we reopen. I know these digital experiences cannot replace the enjoyment of actually being at our center, but we hope we’re doing a good job to keep you entertained, informed, and excited for our plans to come.
We’re all in this together, so for everyone’s sake, I urge you to stay in. My heart goes out to all those being affected by this situation. Spend time with your friends and family over video chat. Maybe share how you’re #bowlingfromhome on our social media pages.
I’m so blessed to be a part of such an enriching community. I promise to keep in touch during this time. I hope all of us get the chance to come together at the bowling lanes soon, so Bardon Bowling Centers can do what we do best, provide fun. Thank you for supporting us.
